986 Parade (English Version)

I.- The signatory of the present document declares to be aware that CLUB PORSCHE is an association that periodically organises automobile events, with the purpose of creating and maintaining the bonds of friendship between its members and promoting common interest in all types of activities in which the main protagonist is the "Porsche" automobile and what this name and this brand represent.

II. That the member, acting in his own name and right, is interested in participating in the above-mentioned event organised by CLUB PORSCHE and, to this end, freely and voluntarily, makes the following DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY and REFUSES TO CLAIM ANY INDEMNIFICATION OF DAMAGE OR DAMAGE TO CLUB PORSCHE before any organisation, authority or jurisdiction, expressly stating that he knows and assumes the risk involved in his participation in the above-mentioned event, committing the undersigned to:

1. To exonerate the organisers, instructors, instructors, sponsors and collaborators of CLUB PORSCHE from all liability for any personal and/or property damage that may be suffered during the course of the aforementioned event. This exoneration includes:

a) Any accident understood as any unforeseen event, which alters the normal order of things, involuntary, fortuitous and supervening, affecting the physical organism of the participant in any way.

b) Any mechanical and/or electrical breakdown that the undersigned may suffer in his/her car as a consequence of his/her participation in the event, including total or partial breakage or damage to the elements or accessories inside the vehicle.

2. It also exonerates the organisers, sponsors and collaborators of the event from all liability:

a) for personal and/or property damage that may be suffered as a result of the commission of crimes or misdemeanours by persons outside the organisation;

b) for personal and/or financial damages that may be suffered as a result of misleading, negligent or fortuitous actions carried out by persons outside the organisation, and

c) for personal injury and/or damage to property that may be suffered as a result of negligent or fortuitous actions by the organisers, sponsors or collaborators.

3. By signing this document, the undersigned in turn declares, freely, voluntarily and without reservation:

a) that he/she knows all the details of the event in which he/she is going to participate, declaring that he/she is in perfect health, both physically and mentally, to participate in the activity organised by CLUB PORSCHE, without suffering from any illness or allergy, being aware that it is forbidden to participate under the influence of alcohol and/or psychotropic substances and assuming this responsibility.
b) Furthermore, he/she declares that in the event that the guide or instructor of the activity considers that the activity to be carried out may represent a risk to his/her person or that of the other participants, paralysing or suspending its execution, the undersigned may cancel his/her participation in the event without any liability whatsoever for the guide or instructor and/or CLUB PORSCHE.


c) At the same time, the undersigned releases the guide or instructor in charge and/or CLUB PORSCHE from any liability for the undersigned's failure to comply with the instructions received from them.

4. That, in particular, he/she expressly acknowledges and accepts:

a) That his/her participation in the activities carried out at CLUB PORSCHE is at his/her own risk, as well as his/her entry into areas considered to be restricted within the event itself, and may cause him/her physical harm, including partial or total disability, paralysis and death (together the RISKS);

b) That the aforementioned RISKS may be caused by their own omission, activity or inactivity before, during or after the event organised by CLUB PORSCHE, assuming under their own responsibility the execution of reckless manoeuvres, carried out voluntarily or involuntarily, which put the life and physical integrity of the other participants in the event at serious risk;

c) That there may be other unknown RISKS in their participation in the activity, including those arising from acts of God or force majeure;

d) That he/she recognises and assumes that the economic losses and/or direct or indirect damages that may result from these RISKS may be severe and may permanently modify his/her future.

5. Authorizes CLUB PORSCHE to provide the necessary medical attention in the event that he/she suffers an accident due to his/her participation, activity or inactivity before, during or after the event, as well as to transfer him/her to the nearest hospital designated by the guide or instructor in charge or CLUB PORSCHE, so that he/she may be treated as soon as possible, exempting the guide or instructor in charge from all responsibility.
